Datapixel presents the latest products and projects at the Innovalia Convention
On July 9th, the VIII Innovalia Convention was held at the Bizkaia Technology Park. The companies from the Group presented their new products and services as well as forecasts and projects for 2011 activities.
CARSA, CBT, SQS, Nextel, Innovalia Association and the Metrological Unit, gathering the companies Trimek, Unimetrik and Datapixel, participated at the Convention, where reinforce their commitment with innovation, internationalization and new technologies.
Emilio Titos, Director of Production Centres for Mercedes Benz Spain, was the special guest of the VIII edition of Innovalia Convention. Mr. Titos gave a presentation about the relationship between Mercedes Benz and Daimler with the innovation.
Prince Felipe visits the booth of Innovalia Metrology at the opening of the Biennial of Machine Tool
The Prince of Asturias, Don Felipe de Borbón, visited the stand of Innovalia Metrology after presiding the official opening of the 26th edition of the Biennial Machine Tool at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (Spain).
Don Felipe de Borbón, accompanied by the president of Basque Government Patxi Lopez, and the Counselor of Industry and Innovation, Bernabé Unda, has seen first hand the Innovalia Metrology solutions, suitable for the rail, wind energy, aerospace and automotive industry.
Among the products which were shown to Don Felipe in the stand of the metrological unit of Innovalia, there were Robostcan and Vulkan systems, Tetracheck and Optiscan, the non-contact optical sensor with high precision and speed.
In addition, the President of Innovalia, Jesus de la Maza, demonstrated Don Felipe de Borbón the new M3GAGE system, which drastically cuts measuring time, thus remarkably increasing the productivity of dimensional control processes.
Great success of Innovalia Metrology at the Control Fair
The booth of Innovalia Metrology received a large and constant influx of visitors during the Control Fair, held in Stuttgart (Germany) from 4th to 7th May.
Innovalia Metrology showed its latest metrological developments, suitable for areas such as rail, aeronautics, automotion and wind industry, which were warmly received by manufacturers and attendees.
At the stand of the metrological unit of Innovalia, visitors could enjoy the most innovative developments, like the M3Gage System, that drastically cuts scanning time, thus remarkably increasing the productivity of dimensional engineering processes; the Robotscan system, which provides maximum measuring speed and flexibility using articulated robots with 6 degrees of freedom; the Vulkan system, specifically designed for automatic inspection of the production line in real time; and finally, Tetracheck, an innovative system to periodical verification of machines, designed to reduce maintenance costs.
Visit Datapixel at the BIEMH in Bilbao
Datapixel will be part of the 26th International Machine Tool Biennial, which will be held on 31st May-5th June 2010 at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (Spain). At the BIEMH, the foremost manufacturers and distributors will present their latest developments and technologies from leading companies in their speciality.
